At SocialChaat, we're looking for a Brand Strategist, who can blend creativity with strategy.
You'll work with lndia's top leading D2C brands across fashion, skincare, food, and lifestyle, building campaigns, shaping brand narratives, writing ad concepts/scripts, and collaborating with designers, editors, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
You'll be involved in the entire creative funnel, from ideation and strategy to execution and performance analysis, helping create campaigns that not only look good but drive real results.
What We’re Looking For
● You’ve managed real brands or pages and driven real results — engagement growth, conversions, campaigns that actually worked.
● You’ve got a creative eye and a strategic mind — you don’t just post content; you understand why it works.
● You’re comfortable switching between categories — fashion one day, food the next, and skincare by Friday.
● You understand performance marketing beyond just creatives — reading the numbers, analyzing CTRs, and fi guring out what needs to change to push a campaign’s ROAS higher.
● You’ve written copy across platforms — Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads — and know how to keep tone consistent yet platform-appropriate.
● You love collaborating with teams — editors, designers, photographers — and know how to make everyone’s work come together seamlessly.
● You’re hungry to move from managing social to building brands.
