The role of Brand Support is responsible to support the development of the global license business of international brands in the segments of underwear, lingerie, swim- and sleepwear. While the sales distribution falls within the direct responsibility of the different sales Regions the company has a coordination role regarding the territories EMEA, NAM, Asia and Southern America. The Swiss subsidiary works in close cooperation with different partners within the Group (USA, Israel, Germany, France, etc.) regarding strategy, planning/budgeting/ forecasting, collection development, sales & distribution, procurement, marketing.
Areas of responsibilities
Support of Masterfile coordination with the brand managers
ERP System – Data-Set up / uploading articles (generating EAN/UPC)
Uploading price agreements
Coordination of global sample orders, shipments and invoices
Master data entry in ERP & maintenance
Customer (distributors) entry & maintenance
Purchase order (Factories) entry & maintenance
Factory invoice receipt & control & confirmation (overviewing shipping) and forward invoices to the finance team
Create / manage distributor invoices
Summarize market needs and feedbacks for Global Brand managers
Generating HTS Codes (custom codes) in ERP
Creating PO’s (purchase orders)
Requirements
Work experience in similar position
Work experience in international, multicultural environment preferably in textile
Strong process and system understanding
Excellent English & German skills, any other language is a plus
Business development orientation, creative thinking
Nice to have:
Experience in premium brand lingerie/underwear, sports textile industry or trade industry
