What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Create Magic: Deliver an extraordinary, personalized shopping experience for every client.
- Drive Sales: Actively guide customers through their selection process and close sales with a warm, consultative approach.
- Team Player: Collaborate with an amazing team to keep the boutique running smoothly.
- Keep It Beautiful: Maintain store organization, assist with eye-catching visual merchandising, and manage inventory control.
- Operations: Handle basic administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
- Experience: At least 1 year of successful experience in retail, customer service, or sales (fashion/bridal retail is a major plus!).
- The Vibe: A bright, pleasant disposition with the ability to remain calm, cool, and collected under pressure.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills (MS Word and Excel) and a general understanding of social media marketing to help show off our gorgeous inventory online.
- Eagerness to Learn: A self-motivated attitude and a desire to learn the ins and outs of bridal styling from our senior consultants.
Schedule & Requirements:
- Weekend Availability is a MUST: Our busiest, most exciting days are weekends! You must be available to work:
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Some Sundays: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
