Role Description
The Bridal Consultant will play a vital role in guiding brides-to-be through the process of finding their perfect wedding gown. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New York, NY. Responsibilities include providing personalized consultations, building strong customer relationships, assisting with dress selections, contributing to a welcoming store environment, and ensuring that each client has an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide personalized and professional experiences to each client.
- Demonstrated expertise in Retail Sales and Sales techniques with a focus on Bridal to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
- Styling skills and a keen eye for fashion to effectively assist in dress selection and fitting.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask efficiently while paying close attention to detail.
- Previous experience in bridal, fashion, or luxury retail is highly regarded.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in fashion or retail is a plus.
