Vivienne Westwood is looking for a Bridal Specialist to join the Sales team in the Davies Street Store on a full-time basis.

We are looking for someone to maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures, with a special focus on the Bridal department.

The ideal candidate will represent the Vivienne Westwood brand to the highest standard in all professional activities and customer interactions. Working collaborating effectively with the Bridal and Couture Department, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide excellent levels of customer service and surpass customer expectations at every opportunity

Maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators

Provide enhanced till accountability e.g. able to process refunds and price overrides and can be relied upon to cash up when necessary

Identify customer needs and answer all products related questions with emphasis on Bridal & Couture

Be able to respond to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of Vivienne Westwood merchandise with an emphasis but not confined to Bridal & Couture

Be able to answer queries from less experienced colleagues in response to customer enquiries,

Follow Company procedures and processes to maintain security of stock, customer records and cash handling

Enhance standards of merchandise presentation and housekeeping

Ensure all customers’ orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time, maintaining accurate records of all customer requirements and following company procedures

Take every opportunity to capture customer data in order to expand the VW UK database and encourage repeat visits and customers loyalty

Look out for opportunities to grow the business within the store (emphasis on Bridal & Couture)

Resolve customer complaints promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions and making appropriate recommendations to the store management

Attend and participate in all store meetings and training events as required

Ensure excellent communication and professionalism is maintained at all times

Adhere to company policy regarding dress code and conduct as outlined in the employee handbook

Communicate all potential health & safety issues to the store manager and comply with Company safety and security procedures

Complete any other tasks outlined by the store management.

PROFILE & KEY SKILLS

Have at least 2-year’s relevant experience

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding expectations.

Strong sales and target-driven mindset.

Knowledgeable about Bridal & Couture products and able to convey this knowledge effectively.

Proficient in till operations, including processing refunds, price overrides, and cash handling.

Strong organisational and time-management skills for managing stock and completing customer orders efficiently.

Skilled in resolving customer complaints and maintaining professionalism.
