Bridal Styling & Brand Engagement Specialist
Location: NEWHITE HQ – Los Angeles, CA
Type:Contract,Part-Time to Full-Time, Weekends as needed
NEWHITE Bridal is seeking a bright, enthusiastic, and motivated Bridal Styling & Brand Engagement Specialist to join our growing team in Los Angeles. We are a small luxury bridal brand based in the DTLA fashion district, where we design, manufacture, and sell our dresses—all under one roof.
This role primarily supports our expanding retail operations and bridal styling services. It will begin as a part-time position (2 days per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time role.
This is a dynamic opportunity that blends in-person bridal styling with digital communications and social media engagement. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about luxury fashion, styling, and creating meaningful client experiences—someone eager to learn, grow with our artisanal team, and play a key role in leading our direct-to-bride operations and online presence.
2-3 years minimum experience in a luxury retail role required, bridal experience preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Bridal Styling & Client Experience
Host and style brides during showroom appointments
Curate meaningful bridal experiences to close sales
Provide considerate customer service while representing NEWHITE’s core values
Manage appointment scheduling
Conduct garment and body measurements
Conduct showroom pick ups for finished bridal orders
Sales & Order Management
Oversee direct bridal orders from start to finish
Collaborate with the Wholesale Sales Manager, Production Coordinator, and Creative Director to ensure seamless retail operations
Perform quality control checks on bridal dresses
Maintain and update retail sales reports, and provide weekly summaries of appointments and sales performance
Support Sales Manager and Creative Director
Showroom, Inventory & Sample Sale Oversight
Maintain showroom organization and inventory, manage regular inventory checks
Manage all online sample sale orders and ensure timely removal of listings when items are sold or no longer available
Organize sample sale events and appointments
Communications, Brand Engagement & Social Media
Serve as the main point of contact for direct brides via email, inquiry forms, and social media
Create engaging social media content, images, and videos for our platforms, try on our dresses and accessories for content creation
Maintain a consistent brand voice across our social channels
Monitor comments and messages, reply to bridal inquiries, and interact with our community
Coordinate our social media calendar and content as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Weekend availability is a MUST (for showroom appointments)
2–3 years of luxury retail experience required; bridal styling experience strongly preferred
Excellent customer service skills: personable, attentive, and passionate about providing a thoughtful and elevated experience to clients
Strong interest in social media branding and communication
Comfortable with face-to-face sales and client interactions
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
SKILLS

Efficient, can work independently as needed.
Customer service
Content creation for social media
Proficient in computers, Google Suite (especially Google Sheets), and email correspondence.
PAY & SCHEDULE
Two days a week to start off, transitioning to full time
Weekends will be required after training period
$22.00-24.00/hr, can be discussed at interview based on experience
