Key Responsibilities
Personalised Styling: Conduct one-on-one sessions, actively listening to each bride’s vision to recommend the most suitable gowns and accessories.
Fitting Assistance: Help brides try on dresses while providing professional, honest feedback and expert style advice.
Boutique Excellence: Maintain a well-organised and visually stunning showroom to ensure a seamless and premium shopping experience.
Client Relations: Effectively communicate with brides and their parties to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
Experience Curation: Deliver world-class customer service to ensure every visit to our boutique is a memorable milestone.
Daily Operations: Manage administrative tasks including basic computer work, printing, and processing payments via EFT.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Previous background in a customer-facing retail or fashion role is essential; experience within the bridal industry is highly regarded.
Styling Expertise: Strong knowledge of fashion and bridal trends with a keen eye for detail.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build immediate rapport with diverse groups.
Personal Attributes: A friendly, patient, and passionate demeanor with a commitment to providing a supportive shopping environment.
Technical Proficiency: Prior administrative experience and the ability to confidently operate computers, printers, and EFTPOS terminals.
Availability: Must have the flexibility to work a part-time schedule, with Saturdays being a mandatory requirement.
