Prior experience in bridal and retail sales is a plus.

Possess exceptional customer focused sales skills and a passion for working with customers to ensure their perfect bridal experience.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Provide exceptional customer service to all Winnie brides and represent the brand in a professional and consultative manner.
Maintain and exceed individual and store sales goals.
Conduct daily customer calls to continue to develop rapport with prospective brides.
Participate and assist with organizing in-store events, bridal shows and promotions.
Create engaging social media contents that showcase our products, services, and company culture.
Handling inventory, incoming and outgoing shipments.
Maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance standards of the store.
Compensation package:
Bonus Opportunities
Hourly Pay + Commission
