In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to brides-to-be, guiding them through the process of selecting their dream wedding attire. Your expertise in sales and customer engagement will help create memorable experiences for our clients during one of the most important times in their lives.
Responsibilities
- Assist brides in selecting wedding gowns and accessories that match their style and vision.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on bridal fashion trends, fit, and fabric options.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell additional products and services.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized showroom environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
- Keep accurate records of client preferences and appointments
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the bridal or fashion industry.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
- A passion for bridal fashion and helping clients achieve their dream wedding look.
