About You
- Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy and/or possess a relevant threading certification or have 1 year+ professional experience in threading. Accreditation in waxing is preferable.
- Have a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.
- Be happy offering all the treatments above as part of your role.
- Confident in engaging with customers, recommending treatments, and upselling products and services.
- Truly passionate about all things beauty, keeping up with the latest trends and techniques.
