Qualifications
- Minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy and/or relevant threading certification, or 1+ year professional experience in threading; an accreditation in waxing is preferable.
- Happy offering all treatments listed as part of the role.
- Genuine desire to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.
- Confident engaging with customers, recommending treatments, and upselling products and services.
- Passionate about all things beauty, keeping up with the latest trends and techniques.
