Drive sales growth as a Business Development Representative at Bushbalm, the skincare experts. You’ll convert leads from waxing salons and estheticians into satisfied customers while maximizing order values through strategic upselling.

In this newly created role, you’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to transform inbound leads into customers, primarily from the beauty and wellness industry. You’ll conduct high-volume calls daily and leverage social selling techniques. Your ability to effectively communicate product value and expertise in skincare will make a significant impact on customer relationships and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert inbound leads into first-time customers

• Conduct daily prospecting with 20 to 40 calls

• Demonstrate product knowledge to estheticians

• Drive upselling and increase average order value

• Maintain a clean CRM funnel for tracking

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience

• Strong communication and objection handling skills

• Proven ability to close SMB deals

• Experience using a CRM tool like Salesforce

• Background in beauty or salon industry is a plus
