Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to open new accounts and expand the customer base within the hair and beauty industry.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to tailor marketing campaigns that generate measurable sales outcomes.
- Coordinate marketing activities across various channels to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.
- Convert marketing initiatives into tangible sales results through targeted outreach, presentations, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns aligned with business growth objectives.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts.

Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the hair, beauty, or related industries is preferred.

Pay: $52,070.25 – $80,000.00 per year
