Serves Western fashion markets
Lead a development team, own the full 0→1 product cycle
What you’ll do:
✨ Lead seasonal trend research, fabric development, and sample planning end-to-end
✨ Translate designer visions into woven fabric realities — yarn selection, weave structure, dye & finish
✨ Manage supplier partnerships across fiber, spinning, weaving, and dyeing facilities
✨ Build the seasonal collection plan and drive cost engineering
✨ Collaborate closely with sales, design, purchasing, and production teams
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 7+ years in woven fabric development (linen / flax experience = huge plus)
✔️ Degree in textile engineering or related field
✔️ Fluent English — both professional writing and speaking (mandatory)
✔️ Owns the full development cycle — from trend concept to mass production
✔️ Comfortable with regular travel to trade fairs and supplier factories
✔️ Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage
