We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of the fashion and luxury e-commerce industry. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully driven growth for premium or high-end brands and possesses a strong network within the sector. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to identify and engage with business partners, luxury brands, and enterprise-level e-commerce clients to build new revenue streams and accelerate the company’s expansion.

This is a key leadership role, requiring a balance of strategic thinking, relationship management, and execution capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing high-value partnerships and implementing business strategies that result in sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with luxury brands, fashion houses, and enterprise e-commerce companies to drive business expansion.

• Lead prospecting efforts and outbound sales strategies to establish relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.

• Actively maintain and nurture existing partnerships, ensuring continuous business growth and revenue optimization.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and areas for business development.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and e-commerce specialists) to develop tailored solutions that align with client needs.

• Manage end-to-end negotiation processes, from initial outreach to contract execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Define and execute business growth strategies, focusing on expanding market share within the fashion and luxury e-commerce segment.

• Represent the company at high-profile industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to establish brand presence and develop business relationships.

• Develop sales presentations, business proposals, and growth roadmaps tailored to enterprise-level clients.

• Monitor KPIs, sales performance metrics, and pipeline development, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of business development experience in fashion, luxury retail, or high-end e-commerce.

• A strong existing network of contacts within the luxury/fashion industry, including brands, retailers, and technology providers.

• Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and close high-value business deals, particularly in the e-commerce replatforming and digital transformation space.

• Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior, market trends, and digital commerce strategies.

• Experience in working with Shopify Plus, Magento, or enterprise-level e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess business opportunities and create data-driven strategies.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with experience in delivering proposals to C-level executives.

• Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
