Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our commercial team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in B2B sales, proven leadership skills, and hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM. This individual will play a key role in expanding our global client base, building strong relationships, and driving strategic growth initiatives. Strong English communication skills are essential to work effectively across our international network. Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership & Growth Strategy

  • Own and drive the overall sales strategy in alignment with company growth objectives and global market direction
  • Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities across international markets
  • Set clear sales priorities, targets, and action plans to ensure consistent revenue growth
  • Translate business strategy into structured, measurable sales execution plans

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, manage, and scale the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets
  • Define clear KPIs and performance standards for individuals and the team
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and ensure accountability across all levels
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on results, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Mentor and develop team members to strengthen overall sales capability

3. Client Acquisition & Strategic Account Management

  • Lead acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing accounts across global markets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners
  • Act as the senior point of contact for high-value clients and complex negotiations
  • Ensure excellent client experience and long-term business retention

4. Market Intelligence & Business Development

  • Monitor global fashion, apparel, and sourcing industry trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support strategic decision-making
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and business verticals for expansion
  • Provide actionable insights to senior management to support business strategy

5. Sales Pipeline & CRM Ownership

  • Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Ensure disciplined and structured pipeline management using HubSpot CRM
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting discipline
  • Ensure the team consistently updates and manages CRM data with high accuracy

6. Negotiation & Commercial Execution

  • Lead high-level commercial negotiations with clients and partners
  • Structure deals to ensure strong commercial outcomes and sustainable partnerships
  • Balance pricing, profitability, and long-term client value in all agreements
  • Ensure contracts are executed smoothly in coordination with internal teams

7. Performance Tracking & Revenue Management

  • Monitor sales KPIs, conversion rates, and overall revenue performance
  • Analyze sales data to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for senior leadership
  • Drive corrective actions to ensure target achievement and growth consistency

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with production, merchandising, sourcing, and marketing teams
  • Ensure alignment between sales commitments and operational execution
  • Coordinate internally to deliver seamless client experiences and project delivery
  • Support overall business efficiency and cross-team alignment

9. Team Development & Capability Building

  • Build, develop, and strengthen the sales organization through structured coaching
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new sales team members
  • Develop internal processes and playbooks to improve sales efficiency and consistency
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or senior role preferred
  • Strong experience using HubSpot CRM (mandatory)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
  • Willingness to travel when required
