Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Hammer Group located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research and analysis, and managing sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field
Strong negotiation and client management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
Knowledge of the fashion industry and market
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Fluency in English and Indonesian
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
