About this role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager tojoin our teamand help to continue driving within our salon Partnership Reward Program.

This is a field sales role covering Surrey & Sussex

The role is full time, with four days on the road and one from home.

Salary is up to £50k + an additional £20k OTE + £6k car allowance + 45p per mile

Thisexcitingopportunity would be ideal for someone who is highly commercial, who proactively drives sales, identifies opportunities, and forges strong relationships with partners. We are looking for someone who can really champion the iiaa philosophy with training and sales support to empower skin professionals to deliver the very best results for their clients.

Key Responsibilities

Build a positive rapport with accounts with high level ofcommunication, address issues quickly and efficiently

Deliver presentations based on the audience to engage and educate

Identify account sales opportunities i.e new brand, team training, increase treatments etc

Creating new ways of engaging our accounts to achieve targets

Desired Skills and Experience

Aproven track recordof increasing revenue andbuilding relationshipswith existing Account partnerships and exceeding targets

Experience working for a luxury beauty/wellbeing brand

Experience with digital marketing and social media tools

Ability to educate your clients on skin

A skilled negotiator to secure business growth and new business opening

High level of written, verbal and presentation skills
