We are a Vietnamese fashion company with multiple brands for different customer segments, including Routine, Mamachéri, and The31.
As we expand internationally, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to develop and grow our presence in the Philippines market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our brands in the Philippines market.
- Identify and establish partnerships with distributors, retailers, department stores, and key accounts.
- Actively explore new sales channels including wholesale, retail partnerships, and online marketplaces.
- Conduct market research to understand fashion trends, competitors, and consumer behavior in the Philippines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage sales pipelines to achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with HQ teams (marketing, production, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and brand development in the market.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and partner meetings when necessary
- Prepare and present periodic business performance reports to the Board of Directors.
- Analyze data and provide strategic recommendations to improve revenue and profitability.
Requirements:
- Advanced in English
- Living in the Philippines or having strong business network in the Philippines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or market expansion within the fashion or baby & mom industry.
- Strong network with fashion retailers, distributors, or department stores in the Philippines is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with multiple brands or multi-category fashion portfolios is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and comfortable working remotely with cross-border teams.
- Willing to travel to Vietnam when required.
