Fashion Windows is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated professional to help grow our company through networking, relationship building, and sales.
This isn’t a desk job where you sit around waiting for leads to come in. We’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, creating opportunities, and building long-term relationships in the community.
You’ll spend your time developing partnerships with real estate professionals, builders, interior designers, property managers, and other referral sources while also assisting with in-home sales opportunities as needed.

What You’ll DoBusiness Development
- Build relationships with real estate agents, builders, designers, and other referral partners
- Attend networking events and business groups
- Develop new referral opportunities throughout the community
- Follow up with past customers and referral partners
- Represent Fashion Windows at community and industry events
Lead Generation
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Follow up on leads and inquiries
- Call past customers and referral sources
- Monitor social media and community groups for opportunities
- Schedule appointments and consultations
Sales
- Assist with in-home consultations as needed
- Learn our products and sales process
- Present solutions to homeowners
- Help customers select the right products for their homes
- Follow up and provide exceptional customer service
What We’re Looking For

- Organized and dependable
- Sales or business development experience preferred
Experience in home improvement, real estate, customer service, or relationship-based sales is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
