Business Head will be responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and execution plans for driving sustainable growth and brand relevance in the KSA market. This role will partner with cross-functional teams across category management, marketing, operations, technology, and customer experience to deliver market- leading results.
Key Responsibilities:
As the face of ecommerce in KSA, you will bring a deep understanding of local market dynamics, a strong commercial acumen, and the ability to influence and execute across diverse teams.
Own and drive P&L for Saudi Arabia with a focus on revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Define and execute country-specific business strategy including customer acquisition, retention, assortment planning, pricing, and localization of product and experience.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across merchandising, marketing, operations, and product teams to achieve business objectives.
Identify market trends, consumer behavior shifts, and competitive dynamics to influence business and category strategies.
Work closely with supply chain and operations to ensure logistics efficiency, optimal inventory availability, and high NPS.
5+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer tech
Proven track record of scaling operations and leading multi-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
Strong understanding of the Saudi retail/e-commerce landscape, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with fluency in English and Arabic .
