Valentino SpA is looking for an Internto be hired in the HR Corporate department, based inMilan.
The intern will support the HRBP in the following activities, acting as a Brand Ambassador of our leadership behaviors and values:
Partnering with the administrative and operative functions for the for hirings, terminations, inductions and other ad-hoc requests
Supporting in budget and Forecast processes, planning and control overheads and headcounts budget
Supporting in onboarding of new hires
Supporting in building HR analysis and reporting.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Humanistic subjects/Economics
Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English
Curiosity, ethic, analytic mindset and a passion for fashion and luxury industry will complete the profile we are looking for
