Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily business operations across retail and/or e-commerce channels
• Develop and execute sales and growth strategies
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and merchandising teams
• Identify new market opportunities and partnerships

• Proven experience in fashion retail or apparel business management
