POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Operations Lead will be the key driver of Rechic’s presence in Singapore. You will oversee the end-to-end daily business operations, ensuring seamless execution across Online-to-Offline (O2O) channels. This role requires a unique blend of strategic merchandising, operational excellence, and administrative management. As the "bridge" between the Singapore market and the Vietnam Headquarters, you will ensure local growth while maintaining global brand standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Daily Business Operations & Strategy
• Oversee the end-to-end daily business operations of Rechic in Singapore to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Translate business goals from HQ into actionable local plans to drive sales growth and market share.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all cross-functional teams in Vietnam (Marketing, Product, Tech, Finance).
2. Merchandising & Inventory Management
• Lead the merchandising strategy for the Singapore market, selecting product mixes that resonate with local consumer preferences.
• Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales trends, and provide feedback to the Production team in Vietnam for timely stock replenishment and localized designs.
• Manage stock health, including aging stock liquidation and seasonal launches.
3. O2O Management & Sales Growth
• Manage and optimize the performance of both online (E-commerce platforms, Website) and offline (Pop-ups/Retail stores) channels.
• Drive sales through localized promotional activities, ensuring a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
4. Supply Chain & Logistics
• Manage local 3PL partners and warehouse operations to ensure fast and accurate last-mile delivery.
• Optimize the inbound process (Vietnam to Singapore) and handle any local customs or logistics bottlenecks.
5. HR, Compliance, Finance & Admin
• Compliance: Ensure business operations align with local regulations by coordinating with service partners for timely renewals of licenses and statutory filings.
• Finance & Accounting: Support HQ Finance in monitoring local expenses, managing budgets, and ensuring data accuracy for Singapore operations.
• Manage human resources tasks for the local team (hiring, payroll coordination, and performance management) by coordinating with HQ HR department/ 3rd party.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Retail Management, or Merchandising. Experience in the Fashion or Lifestyle industry is a significant plus.
• Merchandising Expertise: Proven track record in product selection, inventory optimization, and market demand analysis.
• Adaptability: A "startup mindset" – willing to be hands-on with administrative tasks while thinking strategically about growth.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and sales metrics to make informed business decisions.
• Integrity: High level of professional ethics and responsibility as you will be
managing the business semi-autonomously.
