Job Description
Established luxury tailoring business on Madison Avenue is seeking a motivated Business Operations Trainee interested in learning the day-to-day operations of a high-end fashion business.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone eager to develop hands-on experience in luxury client service, small business management, and fashion operations while working closely with experienced professionals in the industry.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Customer service and client relations
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Email and phone communications
- Data entry and order management
- Inventory and supply coordination
- Social media assistance and brand support
- Supporting daily business operations and workflow organization
Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and interested in fashion and luxury services. Knowledge of the Garment District or prior exposure to fashion is a plus, but willingness to learn and grow within the business is most important.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain real-world experience in luxury fashion operations, entrepreneurship, and client management while being mentored in the business side of the industry.
