I’m a photographer with over a decade of experience working across Europe in photography, film, and creative media. I’m now building 22bites Studio into a more focused, high-level creative studio — working with brands that value strong visual identity, narrative, and intention.
At the core of my work is storytelling. The images I create are designed to hold multiple meanings, provoke thought, and start conversations. In a time where AI is rapidly reshaping the creative industry, I believe the value of human perspective, emotion, and connection will only increase. The focus is simple: to collaborate with brands that want to create work that actually says something.
To support this direction, I’m looking for a Business Partner / Agent — someone who operates comfortably between the creative and commercial worlds.
What This Role Is
This is not a junior role and not a passive position.
It’s for someone who understands how to open doors, build relationships, and close meaningful projects.
You will:
- Identify and connect with brands, agencies, and decision-makers
- Develop new business opportunities within fashion, lifestyle, and commercial sectors
- Represent the work with clarity, taste, and confidence
- Help shape projects from first contact to production
- Act as a strategic partner in growing the studio
Who You Are
- You understand both aesthetics and business
- You’re confident in outreach, negotiation, and communication
- You have an eye for strong work — and know how to position it
- You’re independent, proactive, and well-organized
- Ideally, you already have (or are building) a network in fashion or commercial industries
- Most importantly: you genuinely connect with the work and see its potential
Structure & Compensation
This is a commission-based partnership. There is no base salary.
You earn a percentage from every project you bring in and help produce.
The earning potential is directly tied to the scale of work — and the ambition behind it.
