What We Are Looking For
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A keen eye for fashion, trends, and product curation
• Proficiency in Excel and attention to detail on inputting data
• Ability to walk for full shifts while sourcing at the LA Mart
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently
• Prior experience in buying, merchandising, or retail is a plus
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required
Strong buyer that understands how to analyze reporting to make informed decisions when pulling styles in the mart for clients
Responsibilities
• Assist in sourcing products in the LA Mart (and potentially trade shows).
• Be in the LA Mart for full shifts assisting buyers in product selection and notation.
• Maintain meticulous records of orders, ship dates, and tracking
• Communicate with vendors to gather product information, pricing, and availability
• Assist in product selection to ensure alignment with each clients needs and market trends
manage OTB for multiple accounts
Qualifications
3 to 5 years experience buying with vendors in the LA MART
Strong vendor relations with Domestic and Import vendors
High proficiency in EXCEL
• Strong understanding of Google Sheets
