What We Are Looking For
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A keen eye for fashion, trends, and product curation
• Proficiency in Excel and Reports Driven
• Ability work full shifts sourcing the LA Mart and tradeshows
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently
• 3 to 5 years of CURRENT working in or with vendors in the LA fashion MART
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required
Strong buyer that understands how to analyze reporting to make informed decisions when pulling styles in the mart for clients
Responsibilities
• Source products in the LA Mart and trade shows.
Run, manipulate and analyze weekly sales data for numerous clients
• Maintain meticulous records of orders, ship dates, and tracking
• Communicate with vendors to gather product information, pricing, and availability
• Assist in product selection to ensure alignment with each clients needs and market trends
Manage OTB for multiple accounts
Qualifications
3 to 5 years experience buying with vendors in the LA MART
Strong vendor relations with Domestic and Import vendors
High proficiency in EXCEL
• Strong understanding of Google Sheets
Strong proficiency in retail math and OTB
