Position Overview
Rockstar Original is currently hiring Associate Buyers within both our Mens & Womens businesses.
These roles will support assortment planning, trend analysis, vendor partnerships, and seasonal buying strategies while collaborating cross-functionally with design, production, planning, and operations teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and execute seasonal buying strategies aligned with sales goals and brand direction
- Analyze sales, inventory, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks
- Build assortments across denim, outerwear, knits, graphics, and accessories
- Partner with Design and Product Development on product selection and seasonal storytelling
- Manage vendor relationships, costing negotiations, purchase orders, and delivery timelines
- Support pricing architecture, margin goals, and inventory optimization
- Participate in line reviews, fit sessions, and seasonal meetings
- Collaborate with Ecommerce and Marketing teams on launches and key initiatives
WHO YOU ARE
- Associate Buyer: 1–3 years experience
- Strong understanding of trend analysis, assortment planning, and inventory management
- Knowledge of the streetwear and contemporary fashion industry
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within contemporary or streetwear apparel brands
- Familiarity with wholesale and direct-to-consumer business models
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
