- Track order confirmations, production progress, and shipment timelines to safeguard on-time delivery
- Proactively align with Sales and E-commerce teams to identify and act on reorder opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in ERP systems, including product, supplier, pricing, and collection information
- Coordinate closely with Production and Logistics teams on delivery planning, inbound of bulk, feasibility, and changes in quantities or timelines

- Support buying analysis and reporting, contributing to data-driven decision-making and post-season evaluations
- Monitor stock levels and open commitments to mitigate risks of overstock or stockouts
- Manage bulk production invoices and align with Finance on payment planning and execution
- Ensure all buying documentation, contracts, and records are complete, accurate, and properly maintained
Profile:
- 3–5 years of experience in a buying, purchasing, or merchandising role, within luxury
- Strong operational and analytical mindset, with experience in managing purchase orders, stock levels, and in-season trading
- Proven ability to work with data to support buying decisions, including performance tracking and (re)order management
- Solid understanding of production processes, supplier coordination, and delivery timelines within a fashion environment
- Confident in working with ERP systems and Excel; experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate between suppliers and cross-functional teams
- Proactive and solution-driven, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement
