About the Candidate:
Oversee and represent the assigned portfolio to meet sales and profitability goals.
Lead the OTB process in collaboration with the Merchandise Planning team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure exclusive collections, brand partnerships, and optimal margins.
Track product performance and make necessary adjustments during and after the buying season.
Identify and source globally exclusive, innovative, and emerging brands to uphold our status as a leading luxury fashion retailer.
Collaborate with suppliers on competitive pricing and cost structures to profit.
Partner with internal teams on marketing, PR campaigns, and in-store events to support promotional efforts.
About the Candidate:
Maintain a curious mindset to discover and introduce niche, trendsetting, and commercially viable brands.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field.
Shoes buying experience is essential.
Proven experience in managing suppliers, data analysis, and/or contract negotiations.
Strong numerical aptitude with advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Exceptional analytical abilities and a proactive approach to learning.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
