Role Overview
We're looking for a passionate Buyer – Women's Fashion who has a keen eye for trends, strong commercial acumen, and experience sourcing fashion products. You'll be responsible for building an exciting assortment, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring customers always have access to the latest styles at the best prices.
Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and onboard brands, manufacturers, and suppliers for the Women's Fashion category.
- Curate a fashion-forward assortment based on customer demand, market trends, and seasonal collections.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, promotions, and margins with vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with Operations to ensure timely replenishment and product availability.
- Analyze sales performance, customer insights, and market trends to optimize category performance.
- Partner with Marketing and Merchandising teams to execute campaigns, launches, and promotional events.
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, emerging brands, and competitor strategies.
- Ensure product quality, vendor compliance, and timely deliveries.
- Identify opportunities to expand the assortment while maintaining competitive pricing.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Buyer in Women's Fashion.
- Strong knowledge of women's fashion trends, fabrics, silhouettes, and consumer preferences.
- Experience in vendor sourcing, relationship management, and commercial negotiations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven buying decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, fashion retail, marketplace, or quick commerce is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
