Now hiring for a Buyer’s Assistant to join the Women’s Merchandising Team!
Hours/Days of the week: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Location: Maple Grove offices at Elm Creek Blvd & Fountains Drive
Reports to: Women’s Merchandise Manager
This entry level Buyer’s Assistant position will work in a team to assist with buying and managing women’s footwear for ten locally owned and operated retail stores.
An ideal candidate would have background/interest in buying, merchandising, retail, attention to detail, demand planning, close team work dynamic, 100% in office position and desire to join a great, successful team!

Job Requirements
Detail and service oriented
Basic computer experience in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Accurate data and 10-key/numeric entry
Independent problem solving and organizational skills
Efficient time management skills
Ability to meet deadlines with fluctuating priorities
Job Responsibilities
Balance product between stores
Enter SKU and UPC information into software system
Create and maintain spreadsheets
Run reports and analyze data
Check vendor confirmations to confirm accuracy
Communicate professionally with our retail stores and vendor representatives
