As our Buying Assistant, you will provide support to the Buying team in all areas of administration including critical path and sample management, helping and supporting the product team in the development and delivery of our product range.

What you will be doing

Provide administrative support to the product team (buying and merchandising) to ensure everything runs smoothly day to day.

Take ownership of our sample management throughout the Design and Buying process, and log sample dates into required systems.

Manage organisation of our photography samples for the marketing team.

Chase outstanding samples on a weekly basis, keeping the product and marketing team up to date with any issues.

Provide input into weekly critical path meetings with the wider product team.

Support the Buyer with weekly and monthly trade reviews, developing a basic understanding of trade reports, whilst building product awareness.

Assist the Buyer and Designer in preparation for range review meetings.

Assist the Buyer in setting up seasonal development folders via Onedrive, and build out our sample and costing sheet with correct product information in a timely manner.

Assist the Buyer and Merchandiser with the management of the product range plan, keeping product information up to date at all times.

Support the Merchandiser with data reporting for key planning meetings.

Provide assistance to the Merchandiser with multiple admin tasks such as: launch availability reports, size analysis, markdown management and creating purchase orders.
