Get ready to make a real impact in a certified B Corp as our new Buying Intern by helping us build, scale and improve our supply chain processes!
This full-time internship is available as of 1st July 2025 for a minimum of 6 months in our HQ in Amsterdam.
You’ll be…
Assisting in new product launches and all the preparation
Handling master samples: ensure timely shipping, handover to design, follow up for approvals, distribute to partners/suppliers, organize samples at HQ, and update the samples database
Support the Product Design and Development teams on joint projects
Creating purchase orders and aligning purchase order schedules based on demand
Administering and managing inbound shipments
Maintaining and updating the product database
Supporting communication with external partners: warehouses and the suppliers
Assisting in preparing presentations and conducting data analysis

Have a sharp eye for detail, are organised and flexible
Have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
You love working with numbers
Are proactive, a good team player, and have excellent communication skills
Are hands-on, solution-driven, and creative in your approach to solving problems
Are comfortable multitasking
Are keen to learn about and gain practical experience in supply chain management
