What You’ll Be Doing
Source & Scale: Identify and onboard new suppliers across high-potential ingredient categories
Own the Commercials: Negotiate pricing, terms, and margin improvements with confidence
Drive Category Growth: Spot trends, guide expansion, and unlock supplier-led value
Be the Connector: Build and nurture strong supplier relationships, keeping performance and trust high
Keep the Wheels Turning: Oversee order and delivery performance, proactively fixing issues before they escalate
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in buying, procurement, or sourcing – especially across food/ingredients
Confident negotiator with commercial acumen and hustle
Familiarity with supplier compliance standards (BRCGS, Soil Association, etc.)
Supply chain and ops understanding – from orders to OTIF
Curious, collaborative, scrappy. Someone who loves a fast-paced scale-up environment
