We are looking for a dynamic Buying & Merchandising Lead to join our team in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead buying and merchandising strategy across categories
✔ Drive assortment planning, pricing, and category growth
✔ Own inventory productivity, margin optimization, and P&L delivery
✔ Manage vendor partnerships and commercial negotiations
✔ Collaborate with sourcing, planning, and supply chain teams
✔ Analyze trends, consumer insights, and product performance
✔ Drive sell-through, markdown strategy, and demand planning
Ideal Profile:
✔ 8–15 years in Retail / Fashion / Lifestyle / E-commerce
✔ Strong experience in Buying, Merchandising, and Category Management
✔ Proven track record in driving sales and profitability
✔ Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and team leadership
💼 Compensation: Up to ₹50 LPA
