Buying & Product Planning Specialist

Role Purpose

The Buying & Product Planning Specialist will support the Buying & Product Planning function across apparel, footwear and accessories, contributing to the right product assortment, stock availability and commercial performance across Greece and Cyprus.

Reporting to the Buying & Product Planning Manager, the role will support buying activities, product planning, performance analysis and stock management, while working closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery and commercial performance of each collection.

Key Responsibilities:

•Support the buying and assortment planning process across product categories

•Monitor sales, stock levels, sell-through and product performance

•Identify best sellers, slow movers, stock gaps and commercial opportunities

•Support stock planning, allocation and store replenishment

•Support reorders and stock movements where required

•Manage product information and ERP master data

•Prepare buying, stock and performance reports

•Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries and product information

•Support seasonal launches, promotions, markdowns and sales periods

•Work closely with Supply Chain, Retail, VM, Marketing, Logistics and E-commerce teams

•Support category reviews and seasonal performance analysis

•Contribute to the preparation of upcoming collections and seasonal buying activities.

Qualifications & Competencies Required:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics or related field

•2–4 years of experience in Buying, Product Planning or a similar commercial role, preferably within fashion retail

•Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills

•Experience with ERP systems

•Good written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English

•Good organizational and time-management skills

•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment

•Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
