We're Hiring

  • Management Trainee – Buying (6 months to 1 year)
  • Assistant Manager – Buying (2–4 years)
  • Manager – Buying (5–8 years)

Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):

  • Develop customer-focused product assortments and range plans.
  • Drive seasonal buying, product selection and range development.
  • Analyse sales trends, customer insights and market opportunities.
  • Identify product gaps and support new product development.
  • Monitor product performance and manage the product lifecycle.
  • Work closely with Merchandising, Planning, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Retail and Ecommerce teams.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends, competition and consumer preferences.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate in Fashion Management/Retail.
  • Experience in Apparel Buying (Menswear/Womenswear/Kidswear).
  • Open to working across multiple product categories.
  • Strong analytical skills with good understanding of trend analysis and range development.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Passion for fashion and retail.
