The Opportunity

Campaign Marketing Specialist is to become one the key members of the marketing team as the UNIQLO store network and brand presence grows in the Australian marketplace. This person will be working closely with the broader marketing team, the Campaign Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communications campaigns with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with respect to global and local business objectives and product focus.

• Understanding strategic business and product insights, developing measurable campaign objectives, briefing agencies, and media planning across paid, earned and owned media channels.

• Leading all internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaigns executed across all consumer touchpoints including ATL, BTL, social media, eCommerce, consumer events and in-store.

• Managing brand social media content in line with the overall Marketing calendar and key product focus.

• Developing and managing customised marketing campaigns for new store openings, in line with business growth plan.

• Managing ongoing communications with shopping center marketing teams to ensure support across center channels.

Skills, experience and knowledge

• 5+ years’ experience in marketing within a retail environment delivering integrated communications campaigns including paid, earned, and owned media channels.

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing.

• Experience managing social media including strategy development and paid advertising.

• Experience working with media and creative agencies including briefing, media selection and execution.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders internally and externally.

• Ability to manage multiple projects for several stakeholders and deliver on time and in adherence to briefs.

• Experience in the Fashion industry well regarded but not mandatory
