We are looking for the person who wants to get in on the ground floor of a new law firm and work alongside the attorney in a leadership role. This is an incredible opportunity for the right person who sees the potential in a firm that has taken off much more quickly than expected! **We are REQUIRING one year of Personal Injury Case Management Experience. ** There is tremendous potential for growth & Leadership! We are looking for the person that wants to grow with us. Our office is in the heart of Fashion Square in Scottsdale. *One Year Personal Injury Case Management Experience Required*

As a Case Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage and oversee all aspects of a case, with a strong focus on the four key pillars: Coverage, Limits, Liability, and Damages. The goal is to maximize the client experience and optimize case value through effective communication, strategic case management, and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Coverage

Investigate and Identify: Thoroughly investigate and determine all applicable third-party and first-party coverages.

Open Claims: Open claims with relevant insurance carriers promptly.

Limits

Policy Review: Request and obtain declaration pages and policy limits from relevant insurance carriers.

Liability

Incident Management:

Maintain ownership of the Incident tab by drafting detailed incident and injury descriptions.

Evidence Collection

Investigate and compile evidence to support liability in favor of the client, including:

Conducting witness interviews.

Acquiring and reviewing video surveillance (when available).

Preparing witness declarations.

Advocacy:

Write persuasive letters and engage in professional discussions with insurance representatives to present compelling evidence and establish client-favorable liability positions.

Medical Data Management:

Take ownership of the Medical (By Provider) tab, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, including treatment dates, status updates, billed amounts, medical bills, and provider details.

Track updates from medical providers, including diagnosis, treatment, recommendations, and total billed amounts.

SOAP Notes: Prepare and maintain detailed SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) notes for each client visit for records obtained.

Client Communication

Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and answers to their questions.
