Job Description
As a Cashier & Back Office Support team member, you will play a critical role in the operational efficiency of the store. You are the pivot point between the sales team, management, and the client, ensuring that the final moments of the shopping experience are executed with precision and elegance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Transaction Management: Processing sales transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency using our POS system. Handling cash, credit card payments, and ensuring the daily opening and closing of the register balances correctly.
- Administrative Support: Managing administrative tasks such as issuing invoices, processing Tax-Free forms (e.g., Global Blue), and maintaining accurate client data in the CRM system.
- Inventory Control: Assisting with the reception of new collections, managing stock transfers between stores/warehouses, and participating in regular inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Client Experience: Ensuring the packaging and wrapping of products meet luxury standards. Managing incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate advisors.
- Operational Flow: Collaborating with the sales team to support floor operations and ensuring the back-office area remains organized and efficient.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cashier or administrative role, preferably within the retail or luxury sector.
- Strong numerical literacy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in PC use, particularly MS Office (Excel) and retail ERP/POS systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills in both Greek and English.
- A professional demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality and data privacy.
- Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
