SONYA MODA is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Warehouse & Fulfilment Assistant to support day-to-day warehouse operations and e-commerce fulfilment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work within a fashion environment and can assist during launches, shipping periods and day-to-day warehouse operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pick, pack and dispatch online orders
• Prepare wholesale shipments for dispatch
• Steam and prepare garments
• Assist with stock counts and inventory organisation
• Process returns and exchanges
• Maintain clean and organised stock and packing areas
• Assist with barcode labelling and stock preparation
• Support launch and delivery preparation
ABOUT YOU
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, organised and proactive
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous warehouse, retail or fashion experience preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist across different areas of the business
WORKING STRUCTURE
• Casual position
• Flexible weekday hours based on business needs
• Additional hours available during launches and busy periods
• Based in Sydney and requires in-person work
