Core Responsibilities
Ensure forecasting assumptions are clearly understood and tracked.
Evaluating Sales performance reports, tracking and analyzing product performance and consumer through data analysis by converting KPIs and findings into specific insights and actions that will add value to the Business and make recommendations to Marketing
Preparing and creating new reports/presentations as needed (e.g. daily updates, weekly performance reports, monthly sum ups) – Daily, weekly reports and insights from automatic reports
Make benchmark analysis for the product or main category when it is needed.
Support category teams to evaluate the maximum impact of commercial investments
Maintain the data in a regular basis to make sure the automatic reports and systems are up and running.
Understanding the customer and shopper needs and actions and proactively identifying issues and providing recommendations as appropriate solutions
Closely following fashion trends and domestic & international industrial updates
Do you have what it takes
3+ years experience working within a consumer goods environment ideally as demand or supply planner
Inspire people to deliver our mission, demonstrate passion for the business
Developed job-following and finalizing skills, can take initiative
An ability to master complexity
Be able to communicate in a way that makes the complex simple
Be comfortable working with senior and junior colleagues
No obstacle for travel
Be able to assimilate multiple data input and settle logic and determined outcome
A proven understanding of statistics
Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and GDocs skill
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
