QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in similar roles within e-commerce and/or fashion retail.
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English.
  • Proven experience in collection planning, buying, and category management.
  • Strong experience in supplier and brand management with well-developed negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a commercial mindset.
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Define and manage all annual and seasonal sales and operational strategies for the assigned categories.
  • Plan and monitor category budgets.
  • Regularly track and report sales KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Guide the team to onboard new brands and suppliers in line with category targets; lead commercial negotiations and agreements.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing suppliers.
  • Analyze product performance regularly and create corresponding action plans.
  • Conduct financial and sales analyses across the team and ensure actionable insights are implemented.
  • Take an active role in the growth of the new Resell business model in line with the company’s sustainability goals.
  • Lead all processes to ensure the Resell business model meets its annual growth, customer, and sales targets; define product and pricing strategies; manage sales, profitability, campaigns, inventory, and overall performance.
  • Monitor domestic and international market trends and develop new initiatives and projects.
