A renowned Apparel and Footwear brand with global business footprints is currently hiring a Category Executive in their Hong Kong office.
Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for:
Prepare merchandising assortment planning for Hong Kong and Macau markets
Provide seasonal merchandising forecast to Demand Planning and Regional Merchandising team
Set competitive pricing and monitor general merchandise to achieve business goals
Handle purchasing process, work closely with operations and finance team to ensure the buys complete on schedule
Prepare monthly product plan by working closely with internal teams
Prepare seasonal purchasing review meeting
Monitor merchandise performance and create / maintain product information and data base
Place sample orders and monitor the shipments. Manage and co-ordinate with samples usage for internal teams and provide sample tracking
Assist tradeshow preparation and showroom set up
To be considered a successful candidate, you will need to demonstrate the following:
Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in business, fashion management or textile
2 to 3 years of relevant experience preferably from the FMCG / Fashion Apparel space
Strong analytical and well organized with excellent data analysis and excel skills. Knowledge in analytics tools is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent communication skills in speaking and written of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
