Job Responsibility:
Category Management & Strategy
– Full responsibility for category Profit & Loss.
– Define sales growth strategy in a large portfolio of subcategories, and assortment evolution.
– Monitor & evaluate key category growth performance indicators.
– Understanding of category offline trends and identifying commercial opportunities.
– Conduct detailed analysis of actionable plans to identify areas of improvement on category performance.
Business Development and seller Management
– Establishing relationships and driving negotiations with leading merchants.
– Responsible for the growth performance of accounts within the category.
– Management of seller communication programs and Initiatives.
– Negotiations top deals with sellers for various customer engagement tools.
– Analyzing big sets of data on the performance of existing partnerships.
Campaign Management & Trend Analysis
– Develop campaign proposals with merchandisers to achieve sales targets.
– Develop strong Seller and brand partnerships in collaboration with other business units.
– Responsible for the category and seller performance during campaigns.
Job Requirements:
– Positive attitude towards meeting tight deadlines and going the extra mile.
– Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
– Entrepreneurial and creative mindset with well-developed interpersonal and leadership skills.
– Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and meet deadlines.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
– Open for Retail, Fashion, eCommerce, and Consulting firm backgrounds.
