WQ Responsibilities:
Offer well-informed guidance to WQ customers based on deep category expertise, facilitating the selection of the right products and contributing to their growth and profitability.
Supporting our business partners in campaign processes.
Seller Management; negotiations on trade-terms,
Spearheaded specialized projects aimed at facilitating the expansion and success of sellers within our existing customer base, including initiatives for international growth.
Follow-up of new trends in the market and competitor analysis,
Preparing the strategy plan of category and yearly commercial targets together with the planning team
Executing and also reporting all operational processes of the category team,
Arranging coordination between other departments for the campaign process,
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with sellers within our customer portfolio to enhance collaboration and mutual success.
Dynamic pricing & stock management
WQ Qualifications:
University degree (preferably engineering, business administration and economy faculties)
Knowledge or expertise in e-commerce, with preferred expertise in leading product categories such as fashion, home textiles, and decorations.
5-7 years of experience in category management and related roles, with a focus on key account management, trade marketing, and commercial operations.
Experience in marketplace management.
Exceptional communication, persuasion and team working skills,
Strong problem solving and decision making skills,
Project or process management experience is a plus,
Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
High level analytical skills,
