The Role
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research on the trend of trendy toys, analyze consumer needs and preferences, and accurately position the development direction of the trendy toys category.
Responsible for developing and introducing new products, from creative ideas, and supplier selection to product shelves, to ensure product uniqueness and market competitiveness.
Develop marketing and promotional strategies for the Tide toys category and work closely with the marketing team to increase brand awareness and influence in the Tide toys area.
Monitor the sales data and inventory status of the products, and adjust the product mix and replenishment plan promptly to ensure stable sales growth and reasonable inventory turnover.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, purchasing, shop operation, etc., to ensure the seamless and efficient implementation of Tide products from design concept to end sales.
Ideal Profile
Requirements
Welcome Fresh Graduate, Bachelor’s degree or above, relevant major preferred.
At least [1] year of experience in category management or related product development in the hip toy industry.
Familiar with the whole chain operation of product design, production, and sales of trendy toys.
Excellent market analysis and data interpretation skills, making accurate data-based decisions.
Creative thinking and teamwork spirit, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
