The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in buying, trend analysis, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional stakeholder management. Experience in driving private labels and exclusive brand partnerships is preferred. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential to achieve sales, margin, and inventory objectives.
